The Chinese papers are a pain in the ass to read. They look greek to me and never fail to put me in a dizzy spell almost immediately.
So I decided to use the “Translate this page” function from Google and here’s an extract of what I got:
From:
“XXX指出，他们能够获得这个奖学金对工院生来说是一个突破。他们不选初级学院学生，反而选了我们。工院生不应该是二等的，我们显示了工院生的能力。”
To:
“XXX XXXXXX that they can receive the scholarship for the Health Academy is a breakthrough. They do not choose the junior college students, but we are elected. Public Health Institute should not be second-class. We demonstrated the ability of hospital hygiene.”
I really really hope them users discount (a whole lot of) what they read from the translated pages…
Seriously. Health institute? Ability of hospital hygiene? Nonetheless good entertainment for a dull afternoon at work.
